About us
Uterish has closed our operations as of March 2026. Thank you so much for your suppport over the last decade.
Uterish’s purpose was twofold: 1) to spread a feminist, reproductive justice message, 2) to raise money to support the work of Planned Parenthood. Read more about our mission below.
Alex, Greta, and Taya founded Uterish as high school seniors in the Spring of 2016 as part of an assigned activism project. They have since graduated from college. Read more about the team here.
Uterish existed as a response to the physical and legislative attacks on reproductive justice in the last few years as well as the continued attempt by the government to legislate and police bodies (in particular, bodies with uteruses).
Uterish operated as an online platform to connect activists, sell feminist apparel, publish an informative monthly newsletter, produce and curate opinionated blog posts, and support the right to bodily autonomy.
